How it Works

The safety of the general public who attend events and those taking part is the responsibility of the event or venue manager. As the organiser of an event, you must have plans in place to respond effectively to health and safety incidents and other emergencies that might occur at an event.

This emergency plan needs to be in proportion to the level of risk presented by event activities and the potential extent and severity of the incident. All events we quote for are graded by our Lead Instructor Ben Limbrick or a paramedic experienced in event management and planning.

After we have received your initial enquiry, we will arrange a convenient meeting with you and your event team, from there our team will put together a plan of action in line with best practice and current Health and Safety recommendations.

We will always aim to supply a quote within 48hrs of our meeting; dependent on proposed scale, location, date of the event and any other third party or contractors that may be involved that we will need to contact first. Once we have received your booking, we will focus on any further details you require advice about, therefore ensuring your event runs as smoothly as possible.

Once booked, our First Aid Event and Medical Team will arrive and liaise with your team, working together throughout the event when necessary.
